CONFERENCE INFORMATION

The pace of economic and social change—characteristic of the VUCA world and accelerated by the Fourth Industrial Revolution—requires continuous, cross-sectoral dialogue on the direction in which management processes in academia, business, and public administration should evolve in order to meet the challenges of the Economy 4.0. The ongoing transformation toward modern industry means that enterprises are constantly identifying new problems related to the management of acquired or developed technologies, as well as an increasing need for cooperation with the academic sector.

We would like to cordially invite you to participate in the 3rd International Scientific Conference “Management in the Economy 4.0.” The conference will take place on 15–16 October 2026 in Bialystok (Poland).

The 3rd edition of the International Scientific Conference provides an excellent opportunity to update, deepen, and exchange knowledge in the field of management in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Once again, we will meet to jointly identify promising research areas for the coming years.

The two-day conference will be held in an on-site (in-person) format.

The conference program will include the following thematic sessions:

• Social challenges of the Economy 4.0 – human capital, competencies of managers and employees,
• Innovation, business innovativeness, open innovation systems, and technology transfer,
• Management of inter-organizational relationships, including cooperation within clusters,
• Resilience of organizations and value chains,
• Development of regional smart specializations.
