FEES

The conference organizers provide two conference fee tiers, depending on the date of registration.

Registration by April 15, 2026:

• 415 EUR – participation with accommodation

• 375 EUR – participation without accommodation

Registration by June 30, 2026:

• 485 EUR – participation with accommodation

• 445 EUR – participation without accommodation

The surcharge for a single room is 25 EUR.

The basic fee includes:

• accommodation in a double room from October 15 to 16, 2026, overnight stay at Hotel Branicki (25 Ludwika Zamenhofa Street, 15-435 Białystok).

• meals during the conference,

• participation in the banquet.

Participation in the conference requires payment of the conference fee by June 30, 2026.

The conference name and the participant’s name and surname/institution should be included in the payment title.

Publication costs

The conference fee does not include publication costs. These are covered by the authors in accordance with the rates published on the websites of the journals in which article publication is possible as part of the Conference. The list of journals is available in the "Publications" tab.
